Checkpoint 05: native recursive Linux archive backend and shared path fixes
Parent: PHLEGM-v8-Developer-Distribution-Linux-Native-04-2026-1007-1356-3143.zip
Recovered unfinished stage05 from the interrupted chat, then reviewed and validated.
Linux libarchive ZIP read/write/delete/create/extract supports nested :: identities. Outer archive changes use a successful complete rewrite followed by atomic rename. Loose files and recursive discovery use native file APIs. Paths with spaces and binary/empty payloads are supported. Existing unreadable or corrupt archives are not replaced.
Shared canonical path joining and normalization corrected; Windows directory creation uses single-backslash FreeBASIC literals. Windows PowerShell ZIP helper remains byte-identical after newline normalization.
Runtime PASS: Linux x86_64 loose/nested ZIP CRUD, recursive scan, rename, extraction, sibling preservation, empty files, corruption rejection, invalid paths, hierarchy parents. Independent Python ZIP integrity and binary payload checks PASS.
24 compile checks PASS: application/tree/macro units, Linux x86/x86_64 OpenGL/Vulkan native objects, Windows 32/64 OpenGL/D3D11 C code generation.
Windows native compile/link/runtime and Linux x86 runtime unverified. GUI/display/GDI and CHR rendering migration, full Linux application linking/runtime, and Vulkan presentation remain outstanding.
Linux executable names remain .elf; Windows .exe. Text uses CRLF except .sh uses LF.
